Dr Alexey Kupriyanov

Dr Kupriyanov is Head of Center of the Indo-Pacific Region at the Primakov National Research Institute of World Economy and International Relations of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IMEMO). He studied Anglo-Saxon History at the Department of History of the Moscow City Teacher Training University and English language and literature in Ireland. He has a Master’s degree in International Relations after graduating from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia. Dr Kupriyanov has worked as a foreign affairs journalist on TV and in various newspapers.
