Viraj Solanki specialises in India’s policy towards the Indo-Pacific region. He focuses primarily on the Indian Ocean littoral and island states and their foreign policies in relation to India, China and the US; the Quad countries’ role in the Indian Ocean region; India’s relations with Southeast Asia; South Asia’s relations with the Gulf; and counter-terrorism in South Asia.
