Sanjay Anandaram has 35 years of experience as an entrepreneur, investor, corporate executive, teacher, board member, columnist and mentor. He has been and continues to be part of several startups, technology investment funds, both private and govt, and entrepreneur focused organizations like TiE, NSRCEL-IIMB, CWE and others. He believes that entrepreneurship and innovation are critical for societal transformation and has written and lectured extensively on these topics.
He is a volunteer and Sushasan Council member of iSpirt (ispirt.in) a not-for-profit technology focused think-do tank, Executive Committee member of IIIT Bangalore housed Mosip.io, the world’s largest Digital Public Goods deployed initiative, been part of the THINK20 initiative where he contributed to the policy brief on Digital Inclusion strategies for the G20 Italy 2021. He enabled the iSpirt and Japan’s IPA and JETRO announcement on digital public platforms in 2019.
Apart from this, he is the co-founder of not-for-profit company Network of Indian Cultural Enterprises (NICEorg.in) that aims to discover and nurture cultural entrepreneurs building businesses based on India’s cultural assets that will ultimately enhance Brand India. His book Startup Mantras was recognised as one of the top business books of 2016.
