Mr Krishnan Srinivasan is a former Indian Foreign Secretary and Deputy Secretary-General of the Commonwealth. He has been a fellow at Cambridge, Leiden, and Uppsala. Mr Srinivasan dons many hats and has written 8 books on world politics and 5 detective novels. A regular columnist and book reviewer, his articles appear in leading newspapers and periodicals. He has contributed to the Oxford Handbook of Foreign Policy, Seminar, and the Round Table.
